Function durationToDate

durationToDate(

): Date
Maps the duration onto a date. Takes the provided date and sets the time to the time defined in the duration. If the resulting date should be in the future, and it would not be by setting the time to the duration, also increase the day of the date by one. Returns a new date and doesn't change the existing one.
